Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gm waterchestnut (shingoda) flour
  2. 5 boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. 1 tbs black salt
  4. 1 tbs raisin
  5. 1 tbs fenugreek seeds
  6. Roasted peanuts
  7. 1/2 chopped coriander
  8. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take flour in tbe bowl add water and salt mix well keep it aside
  2. Another bowl take mashed potatoes add salt,coriander,peanuts,raisins,fenugreek seeds and mix it well
  3. Take the mixture and shape in round balls
  4. Put this mixture in flour batter
  5. Heat pan put some oil,take this ball from batter and put in oil
  6. Serve with coriander chuttney
