ABOUT Vegetable honey salad RECIPE

Regular intake of honey helps in preventing cancer , gastrointestinal related problems, cold and cough , increases our immunity and many other health benefits. (Honey is not recommended for children below 1 year.). We can include honey in our regular intake of food to stay fit and healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cabbage- 1 cup
  2. Carrot -1 cup
  3. Ginger-1 inch piece( finely chopped)
  4. Garlic - 3 ( finely chopped)
  5. Olive oil- 2 tsp
  6. Salt- 2 pinches
  7. Pepper- 1 pinch
  8. Honey- 1 spoon
  9. Lemon juice-4 drops

Instructions

  1. In a non stick pan, add olive oil and add chopped ginger and garlic and saute for a minute.
  2. Now add lenghtwise chopped carrot and cabbage and saute for 5 min.
  3. Transfer it into serving bowl and sprinkle little salt, pepper, lemon juice and honey and mix it gently.
  4. Our crunchy and healthyvegetable honey salad is ready to serve
