Easy and moist chocolate cupcakes for all occasiona

Ingredients Serving: 6

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup + 3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Whole Milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare muffin tray with liners.
In a bowl, combine oil and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and whisk well. Add vanilla.
In another bowl combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the liquid and stir to combine. Add the milk and combine till you have smooth batter.
Fold in the chocolate chips and pour into lined tray. Bake for 18-20 mins.
Let it cool completely before frosting.
