Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Chickpeas
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 Capsicum
  5. 1 cup cabbage ( finely chopped)
  6. 1/2 carrot
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tsp pepper powder
  9. 1-2 tblsp lemon juice
  10. 1 tsp olive oil
  11. Some pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Soak the chickpeas for 6 hours and then boil it with a little salt
  2. Finely chop all the vegetables
  3. Mix the vegetables, chickpeas and pomegranate seeds
  4. Now take olive in a small bowl and add lemon juice to it. Also add the salt and pepper and mix well
  5. Now add this to the mixture of chickpeas and vegetables and mix well.
  6. Serve as it is or cool
