This is a homemade chocolaty healthy cake. I am pretty excited & happy to share this receipe with you all. I have done experimentation with this cake gluten free. You can serve this with drizzle of honey.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Daliya 1.5 cup
  2. Wheat flour / maida 1/2 cup
  3. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  4. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  7. Coffee 1 tbsp
  8. Warm milk 1/2 cup
  9. Warm water 1/2 cup
  10. Melted butter 1 tbsp
  11. Honey 100 gms (1/2 cup)
  12. Refine 1/2 cup
  13. Almonds 7-8
  14. 1 five star (melt in microwave for 30 secs)

Instructions

  1. Take 1.5 cup daliya and grind it in a mixer and make powder.
  2. Take a bowl put daliya powder, wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and mix well.
  3. Now take another bowl put warm milk, refined oil, butter honey, warm water, vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. In a 2 tbsp warm water whisk coffee powder in it and add it to the bowl in which we put liquid solution.
  5. Now put the daliya powder mixture in the liquid solution bowl and mix well. Take aside for 5mins.
  6. Preheat the pressure cooker filled with 2-3 cup sand in high flame for 5 mins.
  7. Now Grease the base with refined oil and put the batter in it and garnish with almonds and melted chocolate.
  8. Bake for 25-30 mins in low flame or until golden and skewer inserted comes out clean.
