Milk chocolate 113 grams
All purpose flour 20 grams or 2 1/2 tbsp
Corn flour 20 grams or 2 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

Microwave 113 gems milk/dark chocolate in 30-second intervals till melted.
Stir the melted chocolate.
Sieve 2 1/2 tbsp of flour into the melted chocolate.
Add 2 1/2 tbsp corn flour.
Mix till thick.
Use 1m icing nozzle with a rose tip.
Insert nozzle into a piping bag/zip lock bag.
Pour the cookie mix into the piping bag.
Pipe roses on a greased baking tray at a 1/2 inch distance.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degree Celsius for 8-12 mins till edges turn brown.
Cool for 5 mins and remove from the tray.
Store in an airtight container.
