Molten Lava Cake

Ingredients to make Molten Lava Cake

  • Plain flour 1 tbsp + 1/4 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder 1 Tbsp + 1/4 tbsp
  • 3 chocolate pieces
  • Milk 4 to 5 tsp (increase or decrease as per requirement)
  • Butter 1 tsp + some for greasing the moulds.
  • Sugar 3 tsp (increase or decrease as per your taste)
  • A pinch of baking powder
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • A pinch of salt

How to make Molten Lava Cake

  1. Seive the flour and cocoa powder. Add salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and butter and slowly add milk to mix.
  2. Ensure the sugar is dissolved and there are no lumps. Grease the muffin moulds with butter.
  3. Add half of the mixture then drop a chocolate piece in between and cover with the mixture.
  4. Repeat the same for other 2 moulds also. Microwave at 800 for 40 seconds and your molten lava cake is ready.
