Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 5-6 bananas
  2. 1/4 th cup honey
  3. Brown sugar - 4 tbsp
  4. Jaggery - 2 tbsp
  5. Rose water - 2 tsp
  6. Cardamom - 6
  7. Desicated coconut - 2 pieces
  8. Black pepper powder - 1/8th tsp
  9. Salt - 1/8 th tsp
  10. Dry fruits for decoration [almonds, pistachios, raisins, melon seeds] - 1/8 th cup
  11. Condensed milk - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the bananas, then mash them. Heat a wok and add the mashed bananas along with the jaggery. cook on a low flame for few minutes.
  2. Then add the brown sugar, honey and the condensed milk, cook on a low to medium flame until the mixture is thick enough to form the burfis.
  3. Now pour this mixture into a greased plate, and generously decorated the dry fruits on it. Let this set well and harden up, then cut it into slices and serve.
