ABOUT No Churn Honey Rosemary Ice Cream RECIPE

This no churn honey rosemary ice cream will blow your mind. This is probably the creamiest ice cream you have ever made especially when there are no eggs or custards used. Just a handful of ingredients and no ice cream machine either. The star in this ice cream is Honey of course.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  2. 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce)
  3. 1/4 cup honey + 1 tablespoon for topping
  4. 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary (use other herbs if you wish)

Instructions

  1. Chill a big bowl for an hour
  2. Pour the whipping cream into a previously chilled bowl
  3. •Keep whipping until the whipping cream forms stiff peaks (this might take some time)
  4. You can also use a stand mixer if you have one. I used a hand mixer.
  5. •Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 cup honey, and 1/2 TSP rosemary into the whipped cream. Continue stirring gently until completely combined. Pour into a freezer-safe container with airtight lid.
  6. Freeze until solid, at least 6 to 8 hours.
  7. Drizzle individual servings with a little more honey and a pinch of chopped rosemary
