ABOUT Spicy Nachos RECIPE

Healthy nachos with almost zero oil

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. maize flour - 1 1/2 cup
  2. all purpose flour - 1 cup
  3. cornflour - 1 table spoon
  4. baking soda 1/4 tbsp
  5. oregano flakes as per taste
  6. chilli flakes as per taste
  7. salt to taste
  8. oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
  9. ajwain powder - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Make a dough using all the ingredients mentioned above. Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes.
  2. Make a thin chapati of the dough. Slice the corners and cut it in a square. Slice it in triangles.
  3. Place all the triangles in the air fryer and fry it for 7 - 8 minutes at 160°C in the air fryer.
  4. Serve when it gets to normal temperature or room temperature.
