Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 200gm sago
  2. 4boiled potato
  3. Two fine chopped onion
  4. Green chilli
  5. Salt to test
  6. Half tea spn garam masala
  7. Half tea spn black pepper

Instructions

  1. SOAK 500 GMS SABUDANA FOR 30 MINS.
  2. ADD 4 BOILED POTATOES, 1 CHOPPED ONION, GREEN CHILLI. ADD SALT, PEPPER AND GARAM MASALA AS PER TASTE.
  3. MIX WELL AND MAKE A STIFF DOUGH.
  4. TAKE A BREAD SLICE, SPREAD 1 TBSP BATTER ON IT. COAT WITH BREADCRUMBS.
  5. HEAT OIL, PLACE THE BREAD SLICES AND COOK FOR 5-6 MINS.
