In this oven baked sweet potatoes I have used a special Italian spice. This spice is called Genoa 7 in One Multi-purpose Spice Blend by Sprig. This spice is a blend of 7 different spices (oregano, thyme, garlic, chilli, onion, cumin, coriander). This can be used in dressing for any salad, to marinate, to grill anything, to sprinkle or to make a paste. While making baked sweet potatoes, I added this aromatic spice. It enhanced the taste of my baked sweet potato salad. Over to this healthy and amazing recipe of baked sweet potato with honey.

Instructions

Set the oven for preheating at 250 °C. Wash the sweet potatoes and remove all the mud. Wipe them with kitchen towel. Arrange them on a baking tray and grill these in a preheated oven at 250 °C for 20 minutes.
Peel the skin of the baked sweet potatoes and dice them. For this recipe, I have used honey, lemon juice and GENOA multipurpose spice.
In a large mixing bowl, add dice sweet potatoes, honey, lemon juice and spice mixture. Mix everything well.
Your delicious salad of baked sweet potatoes tossed with honey and lime is ready to be served.
