Ingredients Serving: 16

  1. FOR BASE; Rolled oats 1 1/2 cups
  2. Oat flour 1/2 cup
  3. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Lemon zest 1 teaspoon
  6. 1 ripe banana (mashed)
  7. Dabur Honey 2 tablespoon
  8. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  9. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoon
  10. JAM; Fresh rose petals 1 cup (coarsely grind)
  11. Dabur honey 1/4 cup
  12. Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
  13. Chia seeds 2 tablespoon
  14. Water 1/2 cups
  15. FOR TOPPING; Rolled oats 1 cup
  16. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoon
  17. Dabur Honey 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius and line a 8'*8' baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all the dry and wet ingredients of the base. Spread into prepared pan and press down tightly.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile prepare jam. Boil water in pan, put rose petals and boil for 10 minutes. Add rest ingredients and boil again for good 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  5. Mix all ingredients for topping.
  6. Remove pan from oven. Spoon jam over the surface. Sprinkle topping mixture press down lightly.
  7. Bake for another 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven. Let it cool completely. Cut into bars and enjoy.
