Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Dry ingredients
  2. all purpose flour 1cup
  3. Brown Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  4. Milk powder 4 tablespoon
  5. Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
  6. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Wet Ingredients
  9. Castor sugar 3/4 cup
  10. Oil 1/2 cup + for greasing moulds
  11. Vanilla essence 4-5 drops
  12. Milk 1/2 cup or as per requirement you can increase or decrease the quantity
  13. Curd 1/4 cup
  14. Honey 1/2 cup+ for garnishing
  15. Mawa(evaporated milk)1/4 cup
  16. Cashew nuts 15-18 numbers (some for garnishing+some finely chopped cashew nuts for the cake batter)
  17. Hershys chocolate syrup for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes .
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients uniformly with a whisk.
  3. Blend oil,vanilla essence and castor sugar or sugar powder with the help of hand mixer to a smooth paste
  4. Add in 1/2 of the milk ,curd ,and blend again to make a smooth paste
  5. Add in crumbled mawa(at room temperature)
  6. Mix all the ingredients uniformly with the help of hand mixer
  7. Add in 1/2 cup of honey or you can increase or decrease the quantity according to your taste
  8. Blend.
  9. Add this uniformly mix wet ingredients to dry ingredients little at a time and mix slowly with the help of spatula.
  10. Add remaining milk and mix, you can increase or decrease the quantity of milk according to the cake batter consistency.
  11. Add in fine chopped cashew nuts to the cake batter and mix
  12. Now your cake batter is ready,make sure cake batter should not have dropping like consistency.
  13. Grease 2 number of 3x6inces baking dish with oil
  14. Spoon the cake batter in both the cake tin.upto 1/2 level and spread some cashew nuts .
  15. Keep both the tins inside the preheated oven for baking.
  16. Bake at 180 degree centigrade for 35 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean
  17. After baking is completed take out the cake tin and keep it on the wire rack for cooling.
  18. Slide down your knife all over the cake tin and demold the cake by gently tapping with your fingers on the back of the cake tin.
  19. Your eggless chocolate mawa honey cake is ready
  20. Quickly Spread some dabur honey and hershys chocolate syrup
  21. Cut the ready Sinful eggless chocolate mawa honey cake in desired shapes.
  22. If your oven is small and you cant keep two baking dish at a,time then you can bake this cake in your choice of baking dish which should be big in size,in that case your baking time will increase.
