ABOUT Spicy Chicken Cutlet RECIPE

Chicken cutlet, with melange of the warm spices and earthy herbs of the Tangier.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 chicken breast cut into 2 pieces
  2. 3tbsp Sprig Tangier: Mediterranean Spice Blend
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 bowl cornflake crumbs
  5. 100 GM HUNG CURD
  6. 1 BUNCH CORIANDER LEAVES CHOPPED
  7. 1TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. 2tbsp grated cheese
  9. 1 Egg beaten
  10. 1/2 Cup Plain Flour
  11. Oil to deep fry
  12. 1teasp pepper powder
  13. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  14. 1TBSP LIME JUICE
  15. Onion for serving with
  16. Lime for serving with
  17. Mayonnaise for serving with

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle salt on chicken for seasoning.
  2. Sprinkle pepper powder on chicken for seasoning.
  3. Make the marination by mixing hung curd,2tbsp Sprig Tangier: Mediterranean Spice Blend,ginger garlic paste,lime juice,chopped coriander.
  4. Rub the marination on chicken pieces.Keep it aside for 1 hr.
  5. Sprinkle 1tbsp Sprig Tangier: Mediterranean Spice Blend,salt,chilli powder in cornflake crumbs.
  6. Add grated cheese into it and mix nicely.
  7. Take beaten egg in a bowl.add pinch of salt.
  8. Take Flour in a bowl.
  9. Now coat the marinated chicken pieces with flour,then give it a nice egg brush. After that coat the chicken pieces with Cornflake crumbs.
  10. Repeat the process for 2nd chicken pieces also.
  11. Heat up oil in a kadhai.
  12. Deep fry the chicken pieces in medium flame.
  13. Serve hot with onion,lime and mayonnaise.
