ABOUT Bitter Gourd Salad RECIPE

This salad doesn't have the bitterness of the Gourd and is most healthy and tasty

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 Medium size Bitter Gourd washed and kept aside
  2. 1 medium size onion chopped fine
  3. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  4. 2 tbsp Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Scrape the Bitter Gourd and cut into slices.
  2. Deseed the Bitter Gourd
  3. In a bowl add the chopped onions to the Bitter Gourd
  4. Add vinegar
  5. Add chilli flakes
  6. Toss well and enjoy a healthy salad
