Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Bitter gourd
  2. 1 raw banana
  3. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  4. 1 teaspoon Amchur powder
  5. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  6. Pinch of hing
  7. 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts crushed
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Firstly chopped Bitter gourd and raw banana.
  2. Then in Bitter gourd add salt and rest it for 10 minutes.
  3. Now take pan add oil heat it then add hing, Turmeric powder then add Bitter gourd saute it then add raw banana and saute it.
  4. Now on sim cooked it and Cover with plate.
  5. When it becomes tender add red chilli powder, amchur powder, salt and mix it nicely.
  6. Then add crushed peanuts and saute it. INow switch off the flame.
  7. Your sabzi is ready. Garnish with crushed peanuts.
