Pumpkin is good for heart . It is rich in potassium and c vitamin . It helps to decrease high Blood pressure.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/4 Kg pumpkin
  2. 1/4 Kg sugar
  3. Ghee 100 grams
  4. Cardomom powder 1 tea spoon
  5. Dry grapes and cashwe nut handful
  6. Milk 1/4 liter
  7. Salt a pinch

Instructions

  1. Take a small or piece of Pumpkin measured 1/4 Kg.
  2. Wash it cleanly and cut into half piece to make easy to remove the peal.
  3. Now grate nicely the pumpkin pieces.
  4. Now take a thick bottom pan and put on stove by adding milk to boil.
  5. When the milk starts boil add grated pumpkin.
  6. Now stir well by using flat spatula and close the lid . Let it be 5 minutes in medium flame to boil. Now milk starts to evaporate and grated pumpkin are becomes smooth.
  7. When milk completely evaporated, add sugar,a pinch of salt and stir continuously in medium flame by using flat spatula until the sugar dissolve completely.
  8. Stir well till little thickness and add little ghee. Stir continuously again by adding little ghee because it absorbs ghee. Likewise do nearly 3 to 4 times. Now add cardomom powder, dry grapes and fried cashwe for decorate. These are good for health.
  9. Stir up well in low flame until comes good smell and colour starts change . As well as it leaves the bottom of pan . Now pour into a big sized side covered steel or aluminium plate and serve either in hot or cool. Good dish is ready to taste.
