ABOUT Nutty Silky Chocolaty Sukhdi Tart RECIPE

Just melting in your mouth. Perfect dessert for both desi and videsi sweet lovers. This tart base made from famous gujarati sweet Sukhdi and filled with rich creamy thick chocolate sauce and crunchy caramelised nuts in honey. It is a fusion dessert for your parties and celebrations.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For caramelize nuts :-
  2. Almond 20
  3. Walnut 4
  4. honey 2 tsp
  5. Ghee 1 tsp
  6. Salt pinch full
  7. For creamy silky chocolate sauce
  8. Dark chocolate 150 grms
  9. Milk 4-5 tbsp
  10. Honey 3 tbsp
  11. For base of sukhdi :-
  12. Wheat flour 4 tbsp
  13. White jaggery 2 tbsp full
  14. Ghee 2 tbsp full
  15. Milk 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Keep ready all ingredients for your nutty silky chocolatey sukhdi tart.
  2. Take a kadai add ghee and wait for simmer then add almond and walnut and roast it.
  3. Roast it for 3-4 minutes and then add 2 tsp honey .
  4. Again roast it for next 2 or 3 minute then shift it in another bowl.
  5. Add pinch of salt and mix it.
  6. Now again keep kadai on flame add ghee .
  7. Then add flour into the kadai and roast the flour till it turn out in golden colour.
  8. After then add jaggery and keep mixing continusely without leaving.
  9. Then add milk into the kadai and mix well for next 6-7 minutes.
  10. Keep mixing the mixture for next 5-6 minutes or milk evaporate.
  11. Now sukhdi is done so off to flame and shift it in pie tart.
  12. Spread and Press it evenly.
  13. Now it is ready let it be cool on room temperature
  14. Now for chocolate sauce take chocolate in micro safe bowl add milk in it.
  15. After 1 minute micro add honey into the bowl and mix it.
  16. Again keep in microwave for 1 or 2 minute.
  17. Now take out and keep mixing.
  18. Now pour your creamy chocolate sauce into the tart.
  19. Top it with caramelized nuts
  20. Now keep it in fridge for an hour to set the sauce and nuts.
  21. Now your nutty creamy chocolate sukhdi tart is ready to serve.
  22. Enjoy this yummy fusion dessert.
