Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower 1 no
  2. Boiled potatoes 2 no.
  3. salt as per taste
  4. finely chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  5. Finely chopped onion 2 tbsp
  6. Red chili powder 2 tsp
  7. Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
  9. Clove powder 1/4 tsp
  10. gram flour 2 tbsp or as required
  11. finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  12. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  13. Mava 1 tbsp grated
  14. Oil for frying
  15. Ghee 2 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Clean the stem and put the gobhi in warm water for 5 minutes.
  2. Now keep out and grate the cauliflower, Heat ghee in a pan then crackle the cumin seeds.
  3. Saute the ginger, green chili and onion till light golden. Add grated cauliflower, salt, red chili powder, cinnamon powder,clove powder and cardamom powder.
  4. Cook it for 5 minutes till the water evaporates. Now add gram flour, lemon juice and mava, cook again for 5 minutes, stir continuously.
  5. Turn off the heat, cool and make the kababs. Heat a pan and shallow fry them until golden. Serve hot with chutney.
