Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gm big brinjal
  2. Chopped green garlic 2 tbsp
  3. Chopped springOnions 1 cup
  4. 1 tbsp chopped green chilly
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1tsp Red chilly powder
  7. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  8. 1 tbsp oil
  9. 1 tbsp chopped coriander

Instructions

  1. Wash the brinjal. Spread oil on its skin and make hole with the help of knife or toothpick. Now roaste it on gasby turning it.
  2. Let it cool at room temperature and pill and mesh it.
  3. In kadai heat oiladd green chilly saute it.
  4. Add Chopped green garlic and saute it.
  5. Then add spring onions and mix well. Cook it for few minutes till onion saute.
  6. Now add rosted brinjal and salt, redchilly powder, Garam Masala and coriander chopped..mix well and covered with lid. Cook for two minutes.ready.
