Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Moong daal [soaked and ground into a paste] - 1 cup
  2. Dry fruits [cashew nuts, almonds and raisins] - 1/4 th cup
  3. Sugar - 1 cup
  4. Ghee - 6 tbsp
  5. Cardamom - 2
  6. Kewda essence - 1/4 th tsp
  7. Milk - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a kadhai, add cardamom.
  2. Now add the moong dal paste and mix.
  3. Roast it till the dal is roasted and smells.
  4. Now add the sugar and mix well.
  5. if the mixture gets dry, add the milk. cook until everything comes together.
  6. Garnish with the dry fruits and serve.
