Cauliflower bhaji.. This crispy bhaji, taste great with coconut chutney and A cup of hot tea.. This one is very easy to make, and taste much great and good than other bhaji varieties. Cauliflower had a irresistible taste. It takes very less time to cook, and this is an exciting tea time snack to surprise your loved ones.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower 1 nos
  2. Besan Flour 3/4 cup
  3. Turmeric Powder 1/4 ts p
  4. Chilli Powder 1/2 - 1 tsp
  5. Hing/Astefodia/Perrungayam 1/4 tsp
  6. salt as needed
  7. Oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take Fresh cauliflower, Separate the Florets and soak them in salted Warm water for 5 mins Take the fresh Cauliflower, separate the florets and soak them in salted warm water for 5 mins, drain out the excess water and set aside
  2. Take besan flour, Chillie powder, Turmeric powder, Hing, Salt in a bowl, add the water slowly.. and mix the batter without clubs.
  3. Correct consistency of the batter is check by this method, just drop a floret in the batter, take them out, you should get a good even coat in the florets, then its perfectly done..
  4. Add the florets and mix them.. Heat a Kadai with oil. heat the oil to super hot.. put the lame to medium, drop the florets mixed with the batter.
  5. If you are worried about the shape then one by one dip and drop the florets in the batter.
  6. flip and cook this till they turn the color and they done.. drain out from the oil and server with some dip or chutney’s.
