ABOUT Cauliflower Pepper Fry RECIPE

This Spiced Cauliflower fry is one of the accomplishment with Sambar, Paruppu, Rasam, puli kulambu.. This is similar to Chettinad flavor, Much much spicy and hot dish.. i recommend this dish to serve immediately after cooking. Want a Top Spicy flavourful side dish for your Lunch menu, Then this is the one for your taste buds. such an easy dish to be prepare with in few mins.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower 1 cup florets
  2. Oil 2 tsp
  3. Onion 1/2 cup
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  5. salt as needed
  6. Ingredients to roast and grind.
  7. Pepper 1 tsp
  8. Red chilly 2-3 nos
  9. Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  10. jeera 1/2 tsp
  11. Cloves 2 nos
  12. Cinnamon 1 "

Instructions

  1. Heat a kadai and roast the ingredients in low-medium flame, make them cool and powder it and set aside..
  2. Drop the cauliflower florets in salted warm water for 5- 8 mins. Strain out the excess water and set aside the florets.
  3. Heat a kadai with oil, sauté the onion and curry leaves, add the parboiled cauliflower florets to it, sauté for few mins and add the grounded masala powder to it.
  4. Mix them well and cook in low medium flame for fewmins, evenly spread the masala to the florets..
