ABOUT PEPPER MUSHROOM FRY RECIPE

Spicy and tangy, mushroom fries which can serve as lovely starter.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushrooms -1kg
  2. Green capsicum - 1 large chopped
  3. Onion -1 sliced
  4. Green chillies - 1 tbspn
  5. Garlic paste - 1 tbspn
  6. Ginger paste -1 tbspn
  7. Lemon juice - 1 lemon
  8. Black pepper - 2-3 tbspn
  9. oil
  10. Salt
  11. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms, pat dry them in a towel and slice them.
  2. Add oil in a wok. Add onions. Fry .
  3. Add ginger garlic paste. Fry well.
  4. Add green chillies and sauté.
  5. Add capsicum and fry .
  6. Now add mushrooms and sauté on medium heat with lid on.
  7. Mushrooms will give out water. Stir and cook till all the moisture is absorbed.
  8. Add black pepper, salt and mix well.
  9. Turn off the flame and add the lemon juice and mix well.
  10. Garnish and serve with more pepper powder and coriander leaves. ENJOY!
