Ingredients Serving: 4
250 grams Cauliflower
1/4 spoon mustard seeds
1/4 spoon cumin seeds
Pinch of aesofoetida
6 cloves of garlic
1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste
1 spoon red chilli powder
1/2 spoon coriender powder
1/2 spoon garam masala
1/4 spoon turmeric
Salt to taste
1/2 spoon lemon juice
5 green slited
1/2 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
Clintro
1 cup Tur dal boiled

Instructions
Wash and pressure cook dal in cooker for 4 whistle with pinch of turmeric in it.
In wok take heat oil add aesofoetida mustard seeds and cumin let it splutter.
Now add chopped garlic to it with chopped onion,green chillies saute for 2 minutes then add cauliflower to it and cover the it with lid..cook for 3-4 minutes now add ginger garlic paste..saute until pungent smell of ginger garlic is no longer there.
Add turmeric,red chilli powder,coriender powder,Salt and garam masala to it now add chopped tomato and cover the lid for 3-4 minute.
When the tomato become tender add dal to it and adjust water as per required consistency boil for 5 minute and turn off the gas add 1/2 spoon lemon juice and chopped cilantro and serve hot.
