Ingredients to make Healthy Bowl

  • Soya chunks cooked 1 cup
  • Olive oil /any cooking oil 1 tbsp
  • Curry powder 1/8 tsp (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Onion 1 small diced
  • Green chilli 1-2 or as per taste
  • Green Bell pepper 1 diced
  • Tomato (deseeded) 1 diced
  • Dried Oregano to taste
  • Parsley flakes to taste
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cilantro/Green coriander leaves for Garnish

How to make Healthy Bowl

  1. Boil soya chunks adding salt for 5 - 6 minutes. Rinse properly before preparing.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add green chillies, onion saute for a minute, add in tomatoes and green bell pepper, sate for a few minutes. Add curry powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook around for a minute.
  3. Add soya chunks. Mix properly. Turn off the heat adding oregano and parsley. Check seasoning. Serve hot garnishing with cilantro.
My Tip: One can add any color of Bell peppers. Instead of garlic powder/fresh garlic can also be used. Add salt very carefully as boiling soya we added salt.
