Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soya chunks cooked 1 cup
  2. Olive oil /any cooking oil 1 tbsp
  3. Curry powder 1/8 tsp (optional)
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black Pepper to taste
  6. Onion 1 small diced
  7. Green chilli 1-2 or as per taste
  8. Green Bell pepper 1 diced
  9. Tomato (deseeded) 1 diced
  10. Dried Oregano to taste
  11. Parsley flakes to taste
  12. Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Cilantro/Green coriander leaves for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil soya chunks adding salt for 5 - 6 minutes. Rinse properly before preparing.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add green chillies, onion saute for a minute, add in tomatoes and green bell pepper, sate for a few minutes. Add curry powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook around for a minute.
  3. Add soya chunks. Mix properly. Turn off the heat adding oregano and parsley. Check seasoning. Serve hot garnishing with cilantro.
