Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 brinjal chopped
  2. 500 gms tuver
  3. 1 chopped tomato
  4. 1 chopped green chilli
  5. Oil 1 tbsp
  6. 1 to 1 1/2 glass or as required water for pressure cooking
  7. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  9. Little less than 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1 tsp jeera
  12. 5 . 10 Coriander leaves for garnish
  13. For Roti... 2 bowl wheat flour
  14. 1 tbsp oil for moyan
  15. 1 glass or as required water for making a smooth dough

Instructions

  1. Cooker me oil garam kare
  2. Add jeera, grren chilli, tomatoes 1 by 1 and saute in between
  3. Add little water around 1 /4 glass
  4. Add all spices mentioned and mix well
  5. Add brinjal and mix well
  6. Add tuver and mix well
  7. Add remaining water and mix well
  8. Close the lid and cook till 4 whistles
  9. Off the flame and let the air flow out Than open the lid if water is more than burn it on flame for 2 minutes
  10. Its ready.. garnish with coriander leaves
  11. Serve with hot rotis..
  12. For Rotis....
