Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup chopped pumpkin
  2. 1/4th cup moong lentils
  3. Oil 1 tablespoon
  4. Salt per taste
  5. Turmeric 1/2 tablespoon
  6. Mustard seeds 1/2 tablespoon
  7. Curry leaves 4-5
  8. For paste
  9. Coconut 3/4th cup grated
  10. 1 green chilli
  11. 1 red chilli
  12. Cumin seeds 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in pressure cooker and add mustard seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackles add curry leaves, pumpkin, moong dal.
  3. Add turmeric and salt mix well.
  4. Cook for two minutes in medium flame.
  5. Add coconut paste and 1/2 cup warm water.
  6. Mix well and pressure cook on high flame for 2 whistles.
  7. Allow the stem to escape.
  8. Serve hot.
