Ingredients to make Oats cheela

  • Chna dal-1/2cup + moong dal -1/2cup
  • Oats-1 1/2cup
  • onion -1finely cut
  • tomato-1chopped
  • salt to taste
  • oil for shallow frying
  • Green chili- 1chopped
  • Green dhanya leaves

How to make Oats cheela

  1. Soak dals for 4hours then grind to smooth paste.Grind oats too. Mix it with the dal paste. It should be like dosa paste.add salt.
  2. Heat a non stick tawa pour one big spoon of batter and spread like dosa, add onion, tomato, mirch, dhanya and roast both sides applying little oil.Eat with any chutney.
