Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cauliflower - 1 medium size cut into florets
  2. Turmeric - 1 tsp
  3. Oil - 1 tbsp
  4. Garlic - 5 cloves chopped finely
  5. Green Chilli - 2 sliced
  6. Onion - 1 medium size sliced thinly
  7. Black Peppercorns - 1 tbsp cracked
  8. Curry leaves - 4-5 leaves
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Water - ¼ cup

Instructions

  1. In a pan add water and bring to boil.
  2. Add salt, ¼ tsp of turmeric powder and cauliflower and cook till the water evaporates completely which might take about 5 mins. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add in garlic, chillies, curry leaves, onions and saute till onion turns soft.
  4. Add salt to taste and remaining turmeric and saute for a min.
  5. Add the boiled Cauliflower and toss well on high heat for 3-5 mins till it gets slight brown.
  6. Add the cracked peppercorns, toss well for few mins and take off the flame.
