ABOUT Bhindi Potato Peppered RECIPE

Thinslices bhindi and baby potatoes saute-fried in oil with de-seeded green chillies ,sprinkle of black pepper garlic crush and pinch of garam masala .Awesomely fried and tastes and looks great with Dals on side.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 grams fine cut Bhindi/Lady finger
  2. 3 small baby potato cut very thin slice
  3. 2 Green chillies slit deseeded
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pinch of turmeric
  6. 1tspn crushed garlic
  7. 1 tspn Pepper a sprinkle as preffered
  8. 1/4tspn garam masala
  9. 1/8th tspn Aesofetida/hing
  10. 2 tblspn oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Wash dry and Cut bhindi into thin slices
  2. Peel cut baby potatoes small and thin too
  3. Cut slit and desired green chillies
  4. Now heat oil and add green chillies ,bhindi and potatoes in hot oil ,keep stir frying of medium
  5. Add salt , turmeric powder with hing and crushed garlic
  6. Stir fry for 5 minutes and sprinkle pepper and garam masala
  7. Remove the bhindi leaving excess oil on side
  8. Remove in serving bowl
  9. Add corriander to garnish
