Ingredients to make Low calorie vegetables with chilli garlic sauce

  • Nutrella - 1 cup
  • Mushrooms - 1 pack
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Paneer - 200 gms
  • Broccoli - 1 flower
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red dry chilli flakes as per taste
  • Mix herbs as per taste
  • Honey 1 - 2 tsp
  • Garlic - 1 pod chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds - a few roasted
  • 1 or 1/2 lemon

How to make Low calorie vegetables with chilli garlic sauce

  1. Par boil all the vegetables and nutrella together except paneer, add salt.
  2. Drain the vegetables, roast the paneer on tawa.
  3. Put vegetables in a microwave safe bowl. Add in the roasted paneer.
  4. Make dressing for your vegetables: Take olive oil, chilli flakes, honey, mixed herbs, roasted sesame seeds and mix all the ingredients together and make a sauce.
  5. Add this sauce to the vegetables and microwave for 1 minute. At the end squeeze half a lemon and toss. Serve with boiled eggs on top.
