Cheesy Maggi 101

Ingredients to make Cheesy Maggi 101

  • Maggie Masala - 2 packets
  • 2 green chilles chopped
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 cube of Amul cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Freshly chopper coriander - 2 tbsp
  • freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp

How to make Cheesy Maggi 101

  1. Take a non stick pan, medium size. Heat some butter and add in the green chillies. Crush and toss in the maggie noodles. Stir fry.
  2. Add in the water followed by the maggie masala. Gently stir and wait for it to heat up. Cover for a minute.
  3. Remove the lid and grate a cheese cube, mix gently and cover again for a minute.
  4. Remove the lid, crack one egg and place in the center. Cover again for a minute.
  5. By now the maggie is cooked. Remove the lid and sprinkle some coriander and freshly ground black pepper.
My Tip: The water content can be adjusted as per one's personal preference for soupy or dry Maggie noodles!
