ABOUT Masala gosth RECIPE

A spicy mutton curry to be served with some pulao on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton 250 gm (boiled)
  2. Javetri [nutmeg] powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. oil
  4. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  6. Dry red chillies - 2
  7. Garlic and ginger paste - 1 tsp
  8. Onion keema - 1/4 th cup
  9. Curd 1/2cup
  10. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt
  12. Ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok with some ghee. Add the minced onion and saute until brownish in color.
  2. Now add garlic and ginger paste to it.
  3. Add mutton in it and mix well. cover it and cook.
  4. Now add the powdered masalas, dry red chillies, salt and cook further.
  5. Add pepper powder and mix.
  6. Now add curd and cook for a while
  7. Add nutmeg powder and cook for a while
  8. And serve
