Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Maida - 1 cup
  2. Curd - 1/4 th cup
  3. cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  4. oil
  5. Water
  6. Salt
  7. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  8. For the filling/stuffing :
  9. Chicken keema - 1/2 cup
  10. onion [chopped] - 1
  11. ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  13. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make a dough with maida, curd, jeera , oil and water, keep aside for 2 hours.
  2. Now to make the stuffing, heat a pan wit some oil. Add chopped onion and saute until golden brown.
  3. Now add the ginger garlic paste, saute further and then add the powdered masalas. Then add salt and the keema. Cook until done and dry enough. cool for sometime.
  4. Now divide the kulcha dough into equal parts, stuff each part with the keema filling, reshape to form the roundel.
  5. Now make the kulcha by rolling it and then by baking it for 10 min at 160 degree celsius. serve hot

Please upload an image which is clear and upload a proper recipe, the name suggests keema kulcha and there is no mention of keema in the ingredients at all !!
