Ingredients to make Hot veggies salad

  • paneer - 50 gms
  • capsicum - 1 small
  • Coloured bell peppers - 1/2 each of red and yellow
  • sweet corn kernels - 2 tbsp
  • onion - 1 small
  • cabbage - 1/4
  • tomatoes - 1 small
  • Broccoli - few florets
  • vinegar - 1 tbs
  • salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion greens - to garnish

How to make Hot veggies salad

  1. Cut all the vegetables in cubes. Boil the sweet corns.
  2. Add olive oil to a pan. Add onions to hot oil. Cook till translucent.
  3. Add all the diced vegetables one after the other to the pan.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper powder. Toss the vegetables a bit. Turn off the the flame.
  5. Add vinegar. Serve decorated with spring onion greens.

My Tip:

Add vegetables as per choice.
