Ingredients to make Dates and Dryfruit Coins

  • 3 handful of Dates (washed cleaned & deseeded)
  • 1 handful Kaju
  • 1 handful badam
  • 1 tbsp lightly roasted poppy seeds / khuskhus
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp edible oil
  • 1 tsp Musk melon seeds
  • Few musk melon seeds for garnishing

How to make Dates and Dryfruit Coins

  1. Put all the above mentioned ingredients in a mixer jar. Grind it to coarse paste. Take out the mixture in a plate. Make small sized balls. Flatten them (I used back side of a katori to smoothen it) to give it a shape of a small coin.
  2. Garnish with musk melon seeds. Refrigerate for about an hour.
  3. Its ready to consume. Store in airtight container.
