Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rajma ------1\2 cup, (soak in water for 4hours)
  2. Whole green moong dal ---- 1cup, ( soak in water for 2hours)
  3. Onions----3, Finely chopped into julliens
  4. Green chillies-----6
  5. Dry Red chillies-----4
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Garlic cloves ------5, ( optional)
  8. Ginger-------1" piece
  9. Cumin seeds-------1tsp
  10. Hing------- pinch
  11. Poha powder----------4tbsp
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Method;

Instructions

  1. Strain soaked rajma, moong dal, Separately. In grind rajma+ whole green moong dal+ green chillies+red chillies+garlic cloves+ salt+ginger+cumin seeds+ hing.
  2. Grind roughly (not smooth paste), Transfer this batter in a bowl. Put kadhai on the stove and pour oil for frying. Now add chopped onions in the batter.
  3. Add poha powder. Now put pakodas into the heated oil. Fry pakodas till golden brown colour.
  4. Now remove pakodas from oil on the kitchen towel. Serve hot hot and yummy pakodas with any sauce or dips.
