Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 medium size brinjals
  2. 1 radish
  3. 1 potato
  4. 2 tomatoes
  5. 2 green chillies
  6. 4 teaspoon oil
  7. Pinch of asoefodia ...heeng
  8. Half teaspoon cumin seeds ..jeera
  9. 1teaspoon salt
  10. 2teaspoon coriander powder
  11. Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  12. half teaspoon garam masala
  13. Half teaspoon turmeric Powder
  14. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut brinjals in small pieces
  2. Wash peel and cut radish and potato in small cubes
  3. Cut tomatoes and green chilloes
  4. Put a vok on flame
  5. Add oil in vok
  6. Add heeng jeera in oil
  7. Add chopped tomatoes And green chillies
  8. Cook till soften
  9. Add all the spice
  10. Add all chopped vegetables
  11. Cover wd a lid
  12. Keep on low flame for 7..8 minutes
  13. Turn the flame off
  14. Garnish with coriander leaves
