Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Okra(Bhindi) chopped 2cups
  2. Gram flour 2 teaspoon
  3. Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  4. Lime juice 2 teaspoon
  5. Salt
  6. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Roasted peanuts 1 tablespoon
  9. oil
  10. Onion finely chopped 1 cup
  11. sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan for deep drying the okra.
  2. Add chopped okras to hot oil.
  3. Deep fry these till okras get crispy.
  4. Then remove okra and place them on absorbent paper.
  5. Heat another pan.
  6. Add 3 teaspoon oil.
  7. Add finely chopped onions.
  8. Saute a little.
  9. Then add roasted ground nuts.
  10. Add crispy okras, salt to taste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder and gram flour.
  11. Saute all.
  12. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  13. Then add lime juice and half teaspoon sugar.
  14. Again Saute a little.
  15. Turn off the flame.
  16. Your crispy bhindi is ready.
  17. Serve hot.
