Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Half kg cauliflower
  2. 2 big onions
  3. 5..6 cloves of garlic
  4. 1 inch ginger
  5. 4 tomatoes
  6. 2 green chillies
  7. Green coriander leaves
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2teaspoon
  9. Ajwain 1/4teaspoon
  10. Salt per taste
  11. Turmeric powder 1/2teaspoon
  12. 2teaspoon coriander powder
  13. 1/2teaspoon red chilli powder
  14. Garam masala powder1 teaspoon
  15. oil
  16. Cream 4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut cauliflower into big florets
  2. Shallow fry cauliflower in a vok adding 4teaspoon oil
  3. Keep aside
  4. Now in remaining oil add jeera and ajwain
  5. Add ginger garlic paste
  6. Saute it
  7. Add grinded onions
  8. Saute till golden
  9. Add tomato puree
  10. Cook well
  11. Add all the dry spices
  12. Cook well
  13. Then add half glass water
  14. Add fried florets in this gravy
  15. Cover wd a lid
  16. Cook on slow flame for 5 minutes
  17. Add the cream
  18. Turn off the flame
  19. Garnish with coriander leaves
