Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 gram karele
  2. 1 Raw mango
  3. 3 onions medium size
  4. oil
  5. Fennel seeds 2..3 tsp
  6. Asoefodia 1/2teaspoon
  7. Coriander powder 2teaspoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Red pepper powder 1teaspoon
  10. 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and make a slit in karele
  2. Keep aside
  3. Peel and grind the onions and raw mango
  4. In a pan put 2 teaspoon oil on medium heat
  5. Add onion ..raw mango paste in it
  6. Add all the spices
  7. Add sugar
  8. Turn off the flame
  9. Turn off the flame
  10. Now fill this filling in karele
  11. In a pan again add 2..3 tsp oil
  12. Keep the karele stuffed with masala in this pan on low flame one by one
  13. Cover the lid
  14. Cook from all sifes by flipping for 8..10 minutes
