ABOUT Lobster masala RECIPE

Lobsters in Spicy gravy with fresh coconut, to be served with just some steamed rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lobsters 5-6 cleaned
  2. Fresh coconut 1cup
  3. Peppercorn 7-8
  4. Cloves 7-8
  5. Dalchini 1" Pieces
  6. Coriander seeds 2 tsp
  7. Jeera 2Tsp
  8. Cardamom green 2-3
  9. Chakriphul 2-3 pieces
  10. Onions 1 medium thinly sliced
  11. Onions 1 medium finely chopped
  12. Garlic ginger paste 2-3 tsp
  13. Oil 2-3tbsp
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean lobsters
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Saute all garam masala ingradients, onions and coconut
  4. Grind along with chilli powder, turmeric powder, and tamarind
  5. Keep aside
  6. In a vessel heat oil
  7. Saute finely chopped onions and ginger garlic paste
  8. Add ground paste and saute for 1 minute
  9. Add lobsters salt and little water
  10. Cook for 4-5 minutes
  11. Serve hot
