  • 1 cup fresh strawberries(washed n hulled) OR peeled and sliced kiwis/ bananas
  • 3/4 cup fresh yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • lots of Ice
