its a delicious breakfast of north India specially in winters

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. wheat flour 3/4th cup
  2. cauliflower three fourth cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
  6. green chilli one this is optional
  7. oil two tablespoons
  8. Water to make dough

Instructions

  1. make dough with water and keep
  2. the doughshould neither be too thick or thin
  3. add salt chilli powder and garam masala
  4. mix well
  5. make a ball of dough that a little bigger than a lime
  6. roll out the dough into a flat round shape
  7. top the grated cauliflower on the rolled out dough
  8. close and flatten a little by hand
  9. then roll out into a big circle
  10. shallow fry on a heated pan
  11. flip the paratha/flatbread add oil cook well on both sides
  12. cook till its golden in colour
  13. flame should be high in beginning then slow after flipping one side
