Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brinjal...4
  2. Chopped Onion...1
  3. Chopped tomato..1
  4. Onion +green chilli paste...2spn
  5. Poppy seeds + green chilli paste..3spn
  6. Curd...1spn
  7. turmeric powder...1spn
  8. Red chilli powder...1spn
  9. Garam masala powder...1spn
  10. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Cut brinjal into two pieces.Sprinkle with a little turmeric powder, salt & red chilli powder.
  2. Heat oil & fry it.
  3. Heat oil & add 1 spn panch foron.
  4. Add 1 chopped tomato.
  5. Add 2 spn onion + green chilli paste
  6. Add 1 spn ginger garlic paste.
  7. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.Mix it well.
  8. Add poppy seeds paste.
  9. Add 1 spn curd.
  10. Add some hot water to make gravy.
  11. When the gravy starts to boil add fried eggplant.
  12. Make the gravy almost dry.Add garam masala powder .Switch off the gas & garnish with coriander leaves.
