Ingredients to make Wheat flour chocolate cake

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup milkmaid
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp soda powder
  • 1/4 cup soda water
  • 2 tbsp coco powder
  • 2 tbsp chcolate chips

How to make Wheat flour chocolate cake

  1. Start by mixing the flour, baking powder and soda powder together.
  2. Now mix in the remaining ingredients with soft hands. Do not over beat the batter.
  3. Grease the cake tin and dust some flour. Pour this batter into the rectangular tin.
  4. Preheat the oven for 6 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.
  5. Bake this cake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.
  6. Once cooked, let it cool down on a wired rack. Then cut in even slices and serve warm.
My Tip: You can also add 1/2 cup maida and 1/2 cup suji as well.
