ABOUT Mini Pizza RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dough Ingredients:
  2. 300 ml warm water
  3. 400 grams all purpose flour
  4. 7 grams yeast
  5. 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  6. 2 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. Topping Ingredients:
  9. 1 cup pizza/pasta sauce
  10. Vegetables: Tomatoes onions green peppers olive mushroom
  11. Cheese: Mozzarella Parmesan Feta (or any of your choice)

Instructions

  1. Take a small bowl, put the yeast in along with warm water. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, add in the flour, salt, sugar, olive oil and mix it together.
  3. Make a hole in the middle of the flour mixture and pour in the yeast water. Knead this on a floured surface till the dough is smooth and elastic.
  4. Then shape the dough into a large ball. Then divide this dough into two pieces and roll it into balls.
  5. Also take two bowls and lightly grease them with olive oil. Set this aside.
  6. Place each rolled ball into the greased bowls, coat the tops with a few drops of olive oil.
  7. Next, cover each bowl with a plastic wrap and place them in a warm place. Let them rise for 1-2 hours.
  8. Once they rise and double, place the dough on a floured surface and shape it.
  9. Line a large baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.
  10. Place the pizza dough on a floured surface, press the dough firmly with your fingers to gently stretch it into a 12” x 8” rectangle.
  11. With a round cutter, cut this dough into 18-20 rounds, then place these rounds on a baking sheet. Top each rounds with some pizza sauce, cheese, and the toppings of your choice.
  12. Bake these mini pizzas for 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
  13. Serve immediately for best taste.
