Ingredients to make Crispy & Healthy Oats crepes

  • 1 cup Oats (roasted & powder)
  • 2 tbsp Besan
  • 1 tsp Onion powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 5-6 Curry leaves finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp roasted jeera
  • Red chilli flakes to taste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder (coarse)
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • Water as required
  • Oil for preparing

How to make Crispy & Healthy Oats crepes

  1. In a bowl add the listed ingredients except for the water. Then pour in water and make the batter of a runny consistency. Check the seasoning as well.
  2. Heat the griddle on a medium heat. Pour in a full ladle and spread it in circles. Then add in oil and cook on both sides.
  3. Serve hot with green chutney or any chutney that you prefer.
